Of course no matter how often you vacuum, it is still important to replace the seat covers every so often. Have another set you can use while the first one is in the laundry. These need to be washed clean with water and soap also, not just vacuumed all the time.

Take out the foot rugs and wash brush it clean with water and soap also. Dry it before taking it back to the car. Wax the dashboard and other leathery parts of the interior. This lessens dust from sticking to the surface. It is also easier to wipe it clean when waxed.

Hang some air fresheners to breathe clean air while in transit. The air-conditioner will blow on it when turned on.
